Publisher, writer, editor, and layout designer of 49 issues of The Martin County Observer. This weekly, subscriber-based journal presented complete reports on all the major local government meetings. Included in the journal were feature stories, “highlight” columns, editorials, off-beat/humorous quotes by local officials, and local government meeting calendars.
